Hotel Lobby '64
Racing lady-like, high heels clickity-click towards the elevator doors, a high-gloss gateway to clandestine film noir afternoons and last-day sight-seeing, trinket-shopping, can't-believe-it-went-by-so-fast vacation gluttony. Sharp suits and ties leave an intoxicating trail behind of aftershave and cigarettes, their Bermuda-shorted counterparts all Coppertone and bourbon. Everywhere, the anticipation of balcony escapades... no reservations needed... behind the potted plants.
